HOW TO REGISTER
Your registration payment and membership dues must be completed as two separate transactions. To complete your registration, first ensure your membership is current. Please see details below to renew your membership or join AIS.

RENEWING MEMBERS & NON-MEMBERS
It is important to note, this conference is only open to current members of AIS. You must join or renew your AIS membership prior to registering for the conference or any pre/post event workshops.

Please Note: If you will be joining or renewing your AIS membership your registration payment and membership dues will be processed separately. Please look to receive a separate receipt for each transaction.
Full Conference Pass Details
The full conference registration includes attendance to all conference sessions and exhibits, the Welcome Reception and Social Event tickets, all conference provided meals, refreshment breaks and other networking events.
Guest Full Package Tickets and Guest Individual Event Tickets are available for purchase by any conference registrant. Please note the purchases of the guest tickets are only necessary if you are planning to bring a guest to accompany you to the evening events or conference meals. Your full conference registration includes your attendance to the Welcome Reception and Social Event.
- Guest Full Package Ticket
The guest full package ticket includes a printed badge, all meals, and access to all evening events for the individual who will be accompanying you (i.e. your spouse or colleague).
- Guest Reception Package Ticket
The guest reception package ticket includes access to the Welcome Reception, Cocktail Hour, and Social Event for the individual who will be accompanying you (i.e. your spouse or colleague).
Both guest ticket options will be available for purchase during the registration process or you may purchase them during the conference.
*Please note guests tickets do not include access to any educational sessions.
INVITATION LETTER REQUEST (for Visa Requirements)
If you need an invitation letter to obtain a visa to attend AMCIS, once registration opens we will be more than happy to provide one. To expedite the process please follow the steps below:
- Complete and pay for your conference registration
- Complete the Invitation Letter Request Form
Please Note: Visa requests can take several weeks, registrants are strongly encouraged to apply for the Letter of Invitation no later than 2 months prior to the conference.
The registration fees are listed in US Dollars; payment is also required in US Dollars. All participants must pay the applicable registration fees, including workshop speakers, paper presenters, session moderators and conference committee members.
Please Note: The conference registration rates do not include AIS membership fees. Your membership fee and conference registration are processed separately.

What to expect after completing your conference registration
You should receive two emails to the email provided during your conference registration immediately after your online registration has been completed.
Email 1 - Conference Confirmation Letter
Email 2 - Conference Registration Receipt
You may download a copy of your conference receipt at any time; to do so:
- Log into your AIS profile using your Username and Password
- Select the "manage profile" link found in the right sidebar
- Select the "Invoices" link found in the Invoicing, Payments & History section
- From the filter by status drop down list; please select "Any Status"
- Then select the "view/print invoice" icon
Please note: You or the member you are transferring your conference registration to are ineligible for any refunds or credits related to the registration transfer (i.e. refunds or credits towards workshops, evening events or guest tickets are not allowed). Also note, the person you are transferring your registration to must be a current AIS member.
Request for cancellation must be in writing via email, fax or mail and are subject to the following schedule:
- Received by June 24, full refund less $25 administrative fee
- Received between June 25 – August 5, full refund less $50 administrative fee
- Cancellation request received on August 6th or later will not be eligible to receive a refund; the registrant will be liable for the full conference registration fee.
